Do you mean provide the estimate of repair to the innocent party ? What they paid to the person you hit? This used to be easy, and we would provide this freely to the insured should they request it, but now with all the privacy laws, I'm not sure they can. I would think however that they could tell you the amount that was paid under your policy (property damage coverage) to the claimant. But not 100% sure they can do that anymore. The whole privacy thing, while good in many areas, has really caused problems in others. Am I to assume they have said 'no' to your request? If you havent asked for it do so, and if they site the privacy law, (or if they have told you no try again and ) ask if they can 'black out' personal info (this is on most estimates) such as name, address, phone number etc. then give it to you....sorry, wish I could be of more help.
Minimum you are responsible for all claims due to the accident. Damage and medical if any. Depending on state, one or both of you may get hit with no insurance ticket, fines vary, probably will not suspend lincense since you were not driving. It is so much easier to play by the rules and keep insurance. Been there done that.
Assuming the At fault claims are in E4 and Rating is in F4 then your formula in G4 would be: =If(And(E4>1,F4>2),"Yes","No")
