Houses were usually one or two stories high, made of baked clay with a flat roof and no out side windows. They had private drinking wells and private bath rooms.
The homes in the Indus valley (ancient India) probably loked like bricks put togheter but sun dried bricks. So they looked like tan houses.
They made there home out of mud and let it get solid by the sun.
