I'm not really sure! It might be a member only area, but when you go there it just says "You cannot walk to Etherstorm Wastes yet" and not "_______ is an upgrade only area." The AQ Worlds team might have been working on it and forgot about it with all the recent things like J6's Area and so on. They might still be working on it. My character, Jetbo12345, is not upgraded. I think you might have to finish The Black Knight's quests, because once you do you get a "black orb" and you need the black orb to summon.

IF you are referring to AQ worlds the answer is to fininsh stairway to haven quest then go to beehive and finish all quest including the dance-off competition then go to orchestra and there you unlocked it.
