Aegis cave is at the bottom of the mountain range on the map. You get it during the story when Team Charm comes to the guild. It happens closer to the end of the game. In aegis cave you find all of the regis (rock, ice, and steel) and regigiggas,who controls a group of 4 bronzongs and 4 hitmonlees. Team Charm will help you fight. If you are confused on how to get to the end, you have to spell out ice,rock and steel out in unknown rocks, which unknowns sometimes drop when they die. Have fun!
