In Fable: The Lost Chapters, there aren't actually any classes. What there is however, is different types of weapons and spells which can change what you are. For example, a 'Witch hunter' is a hero who uses a bow with spells. So you don't specifically "choose" your class and that class only permits you using particular weapons/spells, instead you can shape your class to become Warrior, Mage etc. Classes don't matter in the game I believe they're just there to make the game more interesting. To escape you need to first win the race the prison holds every year. Then by sneaking over to the board in the guards office and reading the code you can open one of three books on the desk. Within one is a key, using this you open the cell and you need to go find your equipment. Once you find your mother you leave the prison and then you're free!! Or so you think..... ;)

although you can have sex in Fable: the lost chapters, your wife cannot have a child. why this is i don't know, but that's how it is. If you want to raise a family, try Fable II
