The W-2 will accompany your federal income tax form - the 1040. Another copy goes with your State income tax form....and likewise if you have to report to a city too. much of the information on those forms comes from the W-2.

The other forms you mention are generally property tax forms (property tax is assessed based on value, you don't report anything)...actually these are probably just notices telling you what tax you will pay, and that amount may be used on your income tax return...but generally the form itself is not required to be sent to the IRS or State.
