In GTA 4 u can only park 2 cars, more than 2 will disappear. <- yes this is true, but that isn't why you are having your cars just randomly disappear...
Nabizko: So I finally discovered what is making out cars disappear people…and no, it's not a glitch…it's actually something we should have realized on our own!
If you happen to drive around the block from your safe house, or anywhere near it for that matter, the game engine starts to draw vehicles in your general vicinity…got me so far? Well, we all know how the A.I. crash into anything in their way when they are trying to do something, and that thing maybe the car in your parking spot. If they manage to push your car, so much as a tire out of the boundry, and since you aren't there to witness it, the next time you re-load your game (perhaps due to a friend being injured on a date) your car will be gone.
How do I know this the cause, because this happens at two particular safe houses only…the two that I happen to be near quite often…and never at any other, have I lost a single car…and just today, I was just passing house #2, to see my front car, my comet…half way out of the rectangle and my NOose hummer dead in the middle. I got out to fix this, when I noticed the back of the truck was smash in on the rear bumper on the driver's side (side of the traffic) and then noticed my comet also had damage on the rear from the truck… and of course I have car density turned up pretty high so at this spot there was a traffic jam as usual. So, there we have it...my theory.
Yes, it does eventually - although there are no safehouse garages in GTA IV, only parking spaces. You may notice that if you save a vehicle in your parking space that is very damaged, it doesn't always look repaired when you come out of the safehouse straight after saving. But it will be.
Yes, there is room to accommodate a large vehicle, or at least two average sized vehicles. But please note, many gamers report a glitch with the safehouse parking in Alderney, and if you park two cars, one often disappears. I personally park a car and a motorbike side by side in the Alderney parking area, which just squeezes in the front half of the space, and that seems to work OK. I don't know what would happen if you parked large vehicle on that space though.
I am presuming that you mean the parking Brake light It may be a loose wire or your parking brake (pedal and arm)needs to be tightened. You may also have to tighten the switch
Cop cars are to be found all over Liberty City. A few that might help: In Broker, in the same road as Niko's first safehouse, and just up the road from the Russian shop is a LCPD building, and a cop car is parked outside of there. In Algonquin, in the same road as the Grotti (Turismo) showroom (which is around the corner from Niko's Albany Avenue safehouse), down the road from there is another LCPD building, and again, a cop car is parked outside of there. Also in Algonquin, on Albany Avenue, up from where Niko's safehouse is, near the entrance to the bridge, and opposite the gas station, is a large LCPD building (also with helipad). There is usually three cop cars parked outside on the front parking apron. There are often cops guarding the door of the buildings, but Niko usually has plenty of time to jack a car and drive it off. In fact most of the LCPD buildings have cop cars parked outside of them. It is a good idea to identify them during the game and remember for future reference.
When Niko first arrives, he lives in a very scruffy apartment with Roman in Broker, but that is lost to them in a future mission. The next place they live in is another, rather less scruffy apartment in Bohan. The third safehouse is near Middle Park in Algonquin - that's really smart. The fourth place can be obtained by eliminating another character in the game, and this is a really swish penthouse in North Holland, Algonquin. The last safehouse is again, a bit on the scruffy side, and this is in Alderney City. All the safehouses have parking spaces, and the parking space on the one in Broker can still be used, even though Niko cannot use the safehouse itself.
If you run a store, and have easy parking outside, then it'll be easier to attract customers who travel by car.
you can find the yakuza stinger next to the safehouse in Staunton Island. Next to the big building where all of the cars are, there is a road to where you go to the peir. When you get there, there are two buildings there and a parking lot. Inside the parking lot should be two yakuza stingers. Note: sometimes they are not there and sometimes they are. You just have to get there at the right time
Contact your local parking enforcement. If it is a public street, there is little else you can do.
An area made publicly accessible, but it is not public property - the parking lot, like the bar, is private property.
It looks like there is planes outside and there is a shuttle and a parking lot
The parking space outside of safe houses can be used to store vehicles.
