In my experience, this is not a concussion. Take some Tylenol and drink plenty of water, maybe even hold an ice bag on your head for a while. If in the morning this pain continues, I suggest seeing a doctor at a local medical clinic about the issue.

And about the nap: Napping for long periods of time is not suggested. After around 40 minutes, your body falls into a deeper sleep that will only make you more fatigued if you wake up from it without fully resting. Try taking half hour naps- it should be an easy way to restore energy without burning you out further.
