You need to complete collin's rainbow. Cross the rainbow to the 2nd gull island and then it will cutsence when you are exploring the beach and you find ben's badge. Hopefully

after you finish yellow harvest sprites rainbow (Colin) on the other island past collin's rainbow.go towards the beach and it will turn black. you will find the badge then you HAVE to take it back to Ben. i didn't do it and i never cross the rainbow when i wanted to until i figured it out lol.

To find Mt Gelato, you have to first complete Ben, Collin, and the green guy, i cant remember his name. you have to complete their rainbows. Ben's leads you to it but he forgot his badge you need to get across and you need to go find it. so you complete the green guys rainbow in waffle town and go to the first gull island and then do Collin's rainbow and you will find his badge on the shore. then go back to ben and cross his rainbow. but on the mountain you have to become friends with a bear to get to the harvest goddess spring.
