Sperm are produced in the testes, and stored in a gland called the epididymis. Sperm from the testes are immature, and cannot move on their own. They remain in the epididymis gland were they mature. See epididymis. Once a man ejaculates in a woman, it goes to her uterus (womb) and eventually is discharged from or is absorbed from her body. One sperm fertilizes her egg, this becomes a blastocyst (a few fertilized cells). The blastocyst differentiate and divides and become a zygote. They develop in to a fetus. At first the cells form in to groups called cell buds. These cell buds pinch off in to groups of cells that later form systems (the skin, eyes, brain, and immune system form from one cell bud). This is significant, as these systems are closely related. So too are the glands, bones, digestive system and connective tissue. Your eyes brain and skin are developed as single 'organ systems', until they later differentiate in to single organs. Medical conditions are closely related to it's system. That is, a medical problem with the brain is closely related to the eyes and the skin. These systems are a part of the autoimmune system. Epilepsy, for example, is a disorder in the brain, and is a disorder of the autoimmune system. The skin is a part of the eyes and brain. At birth, infants who are born with skin disorders, such as a lot of birth marks, will tend to also have brain disorders. These individuals have a greater likelyhood of also develping skin cancer. Individuals with a disorder of the auto-immine system are more likely to have Allergies. The systems and their proboblities have been formalized by insurance companies in to a 'tree'. See diseases related groups (DRG). 'The DRG' (a publication), is a statistical relationship of medical disorders used in making insurance code groupings. The DRG is also interesting in disclosing the relationship of medical disorders, and in the development of the human body from conception.

Immature sperm migrate from the seminiferous tubules to the epididymis to mature and be stored. The epididymis lies on top of the seminiferous tubules. These seminiferous tubules are coiled structures contained in the testes. In brief, it could be said that Sperms are produced, stored, and delivered by the testes in the male reproductive system.
