Mystic is in a hut somewhere by a farmer. When you play it (in the full game) your just in her hut. then your doing a quest and get the Elemental Warriors back and defeat Kalus and Thorn.
You need Deep Blue to do this. Either side of the temple entrance waterfall are two independent bodies of water. Use Deep Blue to dive under water, then blast the clam shells open. Some of these release the pearls. The just push them to shore using Kameo herself.
