There is an option in the multiplayer settings to set gore to low. You can further remove it by right clicking L4D2 in your Steam game list, going to properties, then launch options. Then putting "-lv" (with no quotes). This will put the gore level to the same as the Germna/Australian version. There is no option to remove the language.
Yes, here's how. 1. Go to settings 2. Go to "Audio/Video" 3. Scroll to the bottom 4. You will see "Gore: High" 5. Select this and set it to "Low" Although it doesn't remove the blood, it does remove the gore.
Left 4 Dead 2 is rated 18+, and in America it is rated "M, +17" For Language, Blood and gore and violence.
you have to die at the end
Very. If you don't like gore, it wouldn't be the game for you.
They have a liberal stance, as shown by Al Gore.
Primarily, this game has its rating because of violence and gore. When you shoot zombies, their heads and limbs can get severed in the process. You are also shooting humanoids with guns, and causing explosions.
In "AA Language," the "ism" refers to the problems and character defects that are left after you remove the alcohol.
Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off the blood in either Left 4 Dead 1 or 2. However, you may have noticed that in Left 4 Dead 2, the survivors can literally cut of the heads, arms, and legs of the zombies. If you or your parents are disturbed by that, go to the settings, select "Audio/Video" and scroll down to gore. On default it will be set at high, you have the option to set this at low. Edit: Please note that what this person said ONLY applys to Left 4 Dead 2
left for dead
Everbody, todays topic is the Left 4 Dead content issue. Many people have posted comments saying that their children want this game, but you do not know much about this game. You do not want your child to be playing anything innapropriate for their age, so us creators have put our heads together to create this new patch that allows your child after their first level of the game, you have the option to disable most of the gruesome content. Other reviews will not say anything about this, because it is a very recent update. If you are a catious person, this update is right for you. Since the patch is new, it may experience some problems like turning on and off, but it will soon be fixed, but there is no need to wait. If your child didnt get the content disable message, it should pop up in the next level or two. So what are you waiting for, buy Left 4 Dead Today! Sincerely, Valve Correction Valve There is no Gore option on L4D (Left 4 Dead) it is only in L4D2 unless it is a "Xbox Only" thing. I am currently lookin in all of the settings and have not found a "Gore Option" I have searched in: Video Settings (In the advanced tab also), Brightness, Audio, Keyboard/Mouse, Multiplayer, Steam Cloud, Add-Ons (In the Extras section) and have not found a "Gore Option." In the Multiplayer tab there is only "Automatically Discover Lan Games" "Custom Server Content" "Spraypaint Image" Import Spray" "Color Blind Mode" "Game Instructor" and "Spectating Free Look." No gore option. Steam: (C) FatheredPuma81 (Please contact me if you find a Gore Option.
No, Left 4 Dead 3 is not coming out. There is only Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2. Both fun games.
This question is difficult to answer because many Zombie-style video games have come and gone throughout the years, and none can officially be named "Pioneer of the Zombie-style video games." So no, I do not believe that Zombie Land was based off of Left 4 Dead because each game has their own specific aspects.
