Cards are both good and bad in all stores except for Chinatown where you can get good cards for $1. It varies there could be all good cards or all bad cards in Wall mart and other stores. Good Luck getting strong cards!
You have to have the book cards. go to the39clues.com and make an account if u don't have 1 or log in and go to my cards. click on add cards and then type the code that is found on the card. by entering only 1 code, you will have all 6 cards in your cards since all the codes on the 6 cards are the same.
It all depends, if you have tokens or other spells that let you sacrifice easy, go wild with your high level cards. on the other hand, if you don't have enough level four or lower cards, sincro summoning is going to be a pain. In a run of the mill deck, just go for low level monsters that have good specials. Or the simple answer is count up all the sacrifices needed for high level cards, put the correct amount, and then add a couple more.
