If you bid and won something on Listia, the person should have received their points. Your account may have since been deleted but it was open when you won the bid.

You can't. Listia doesn't allow it. The only way is if somebody outbids you. Thats it. Most people on Listia will keep your bid points if you are the winner of that item. Its in the terms and agreements.
