Bold, underlined and italic letters are all used as forms of emphasis.

On the computer it is in italics but when you are writing it you underline it quotes are for a specific scene in the movie

Since Newsweek is the proper name/title of a publication, it should appear in italic letters as shown above when these are available, otherwise underlined.
The title of a website should be underlined Italic or normal, not in quotations.
