Most dances, even Christian ones, are derived from mainstream dance styles such as ballet and modern dance. One can create dance moves out of basically any type of style that they like. One christian dance move is called a grapevine. You step out to the side with your right foot, cross your left foot over your right, and then step out with your right again. You then cross the left behind your right and then step out with the right once more. Repeat these sequences and add different rhythmic arm movements to create your own style.
