You have to have the gondola base built. Go to Margarets house and she will ask you to go to Hank because he has a package for her. Give the Package to her once you have it. Margaret will give you a package for Ellen. Give the package to Ellen ang go back to Margaret and she will give you the sly sensor. Hope this helps!
