Well what the manga says is that after pain (pein) destroys the village Naruto returns and one of the six pains goes after Tsunade but Naruto stops and destroys that one with a single move.Then he tells the hokage that she shouldn't try to fight him and go gets some tea or something and so Naruto ends up fighting pain. That is all the manga says and you can look for yourself just go to YouTube and type in naruto manga 430 and it should come up.
