no theres no chance unless one your parents are understandable and are really cool peoples and wont snitch or #2 you have to get emancipated and they are very mean and snoby or 2 wait until your 18 years of age and your finacially some what stabled. other than that the state sucks and i know you dont want to hear this niether do I
