the lost tower in pokemo platinum is right befor you get to solaceon town... take a right from hearthome and keep going till you get to the hallowed tower, which is the crumbled rocks by the water...next go straight until you have to go up a mudslide with the bike...when you go up you see a couple going round and round, the tower is right of them
