The player with J, 10, since he has an Ace high straight. Also called "Broadway".
The player with J 10 wins the pot with a pair of kings (K K) and a queen kicker (Q). The player with 10 9 does not have a hand that beats the player with a pair of kings on the board.
poker cards are made out of paper. Poker cards can be made out of 100% plastic, which is used in many competition, as they do not mark, and they do not scuff and get worn nearly as easily as paper/ plastic coated cards. Another plus is that when folded they snap back flat, and so plastic cards don't crease, allowing cards to be bent without damage. 100% plastic cards are more expensive than plastic coated cards but last for up to 100x longer.
Nazzers in Japan.
You have to be the one who chooses the turns. First you have the cards and you go into a room where nobody is (before the game starts). Second, you assort the cards so you will get the highest numbers. Then you put the cards back on the board. Then you win.
If I understand the question.. the pot will be split unless one player has a flush.

I think if you and the dealer have the same hand, then in casino's. The dealer wins. Sometimes it's a draw and you get your money back, but win nothing else.
