Most things in life are realistic if you are willing to sacrifice everything else to get them. In this case there would an awful lot of study, competition for places, long hours, stressful situations i.e a lot of challenge.So in answer to your question if you are willing to forgo all other priorities to become a neurologist then the answer is YES. If however you are not then something so demanding would not be a realistic goal.
