I can't find information about anything called "Ugam" in RuneScape. The closest seems to be "Guam", but that's a kind of herb. You may want to check the spelling.

You use a clean Guam herb on some swamp tar and there you go, you just made Guam tar.
make potions. get a vial of water a herb and mix it then u will have an unfinished potion then use the last ingredient needed and u get xp for making the potion. use the herb guild to c wut herb goes wit wut ingredient note: you also get some xp for cleaning the dirty herb .. not a lot tho
