If by "mature" is meant completely grown or a science having reached its apex, then neither chemistry nor physics have stopped growing. They both are important sciences. Chemistry is the only science which can actually *change* one molecule into another. Physics, these days, deals mostly with sub-atomic particles. We need both chemistry and physics. Chemistry has contributed the most to civilization, but physics has made some significant advances also.
Since I LOVE physics, astronomy, genes, chemistry, and science in general. I especially like quantum physics. However, I'm just 12 years old and I go to this separate school every Saturday and ask my Algebra 2 teacher about quantum physics since she is a high school. I ask her about the M-theory, wave-functions, super-string theory, gravitons, and others. Sometimes she clears things up for me. Apart from that, I read, read, and read. Read. I took physics class for my age at this one summer thing and is was SO SO SO BORING. The stuff I'm reading is college level quantum physics, so unless you are college age i suggest you read, read, and read some more. Hope this helps.
The brain is physically mature when a person reaches their teen years. This, however does not mean that the person is mature or has such mental processes to be considered mature.

True love isn't about physical appearance, but the chemistry two people have between them. Your girlfriends sounds mature for her age.

The Hills Science Diet is for mature, adult pets. If your pet has not reached full maturity it would not be recommended to start them on this diet. There are other diets and health programs out there for younger pets, however.
The Tagalog term for mature is "mature" or "matatanda."
No, it does not deal with way-out scientific concepts. Howver in a more mature vein, unlike the Kipling Jungle Boy- Mowgli, Tarzan of the Apes is certainly considered Science fiction-the science being Evolution and the ( noble Savage) idea. They are not remotely the same book.
