I have not heard of the seven seals in Tarot. What deck are you referring to?
The "as yet unnamed" deck has not actually been published yet. I have been improving on it for years.
There is a new interpretation of the Seven Seals that suggests that the concept is much older than the biblical interpretation found in Revelations. Two of the Seals (circular symbols) can be found in their proper association in the Theosophical Society symbol (2. Swastika and the 6. Solomon star). The others combinations are: 1. Yin Yang and 7. 7-ponted star. and 3. Celtic trinity symbol and 5. Magic star. Number 4 is actually the 3 dimensional cube (Masonic).

I am not familiar with a Universe card in the Tarot Deck. Since there are so many decks, there is a good possibility that it exists in some deck out there.
The Raven is not usually present in tarot cards used for tarot reading. There may be a raven in some tarot or tarock cards designed for game playing or there could be a raven in some modern oracle card decks, but the tarot decks normally used for divination do not usually depict this subject.

I don't know these books but almost all of the books on Tarot that I have seen are interchangable with all decks. The only problem you will run across is if you are using a deck that has different cards than most decks, you might not have the meanings for that different card. There are decks that add cards not usually found in standard decks.

You must be using a less well known deck. I have never seen a seven angels card. You might put this question into google and see what comes up. You might find an answer that way.
