It is believed this verse is speaking of Abraham's spiritual descendants - those who are justified by faith not Abraham's natural seed, Israel.
Gal 3:7 Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham.

Depends on what is meant by "wrong." The Bible contains numerous contradictions (cf. Bert Ehrman, Jesus Interrupted) as well as stories that seem at odds with the idea of a loving, gracious God. One thing to keep in mind is that the Bible is not one book but numerous separate books, written by various authors over a period of several hundred years - authors whose viewpoints conflict with each other.
'Leviticus' comes from the tribal name "Levi", third son of Jacob and Leah (Genesis 29:34), whose descendants were the priestly and assistant-priestly class in Israel. 'Leviticus' deals primarily with the Levites and their duties.
