So, fly there, talk to the minish, go to the library, and then go up the stairs to the guy who is crazy. Then go outside and shrink. Then come back in and talk to the minish near the guy. Then start helping the library until you have to get the second book. Now make sure you have some water in a bottle and pour it over the fire. Then change into a minish and go in the fireplace and go to the house. (Not the mushroom type house) Then, go out the other side and go to the cats and pass them and then go through the hole in the water place. It's in there if you go right and then go forewards until you come to the monsters in a room with all doors closed. Kill them and open the chest. YOU HAVE FOUND THE POWER BRACELETS!
