Wizard101 is a very stable game so the only security "issue" are scammers, but you can just ignore them and then it's not a problem.

When it says the security certificate is not valid it should give you the option to proceed/allow or deny/exit. If not you need to change your internet security settings to the lowest security level.

A security certificate may be marked as invalid due to reasons such as expiration, mismatched domain names, or being issued by an untrusted certificate authority. To fix this issue, you can try reloading the page, clearing your browser's cache, or checking your device's date and time settings to ensure they are correct. If the problem persists, consider updating the certificate for the website or contacting the site administrator for resolution. Alternatively, you can proceed to the site at your own risk, but this is not recommended for sensitive transactions.
Sometimes you get this if your firewall/antivirus is active when you are playing. You also might need to update your security software. Another problem could be you might need to manually make an exception for the launcher to work properly. If none of those work, you might want to check out the World of Warcraft forums and Tech support site (listed below).
A normalcy certificate is a certificate that is granted to new born babies only if they are normal without any problem.
Make sure you are visiting the official YouTube website. YouTube features up-to-date https certification on all of its pages.
