The reasons are the same as they are for any similar oscillatory system. It is largely because energy is dissipated as heat wherever there is friction: at the ends of the strings and where the balls collide. Hence the total amount of energy within the system falls until the oscillation is no more. Wherever there are resistive forces, there can be no perpetual motion without violating the Conservation of Energy principle.
Friction, reaction and air resistance cause the balls to eventually stop moving.
Newton's First Law is called his First Law of Motion. It states that an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless influenced by something else that slows or stops its motion. Likewise, an object at rest - not moving - tends to stay at rest unless influenced by something else that starts it moving.
When you kick the ball you are providing an outside force that changes its motion. After kicking the ball travels in a straight line while friction amd gravity slow it and keep it from moving at a constant speed.
Newtons second law
Anything that's moving keeps moving in a straight line at constant speed, unless a force acts on it.Anything that's not moving can't start moving, unless a force acts on it.Any change of speed or direction needs a force to make it happen.
that an object at rest will remain at rest Inertia explain many common events. For example, if you are in a car that stops suddenly, inertia causes you to continue moving forward
newtons first law: she will not move unless an outside force acts upon her, like her feet moving or her partner moving her!
newtons first law. An object in motion stays in motion. Its inertia keeps it going
Simplified: The coefficient of dynamic (moving) friction, is derived from: > coefficient = force resisting motion (newtons) / force of object on surface (newtons)
Balanced forces keep object in its state of motion (moving or at stop). An objects state of motion can be altered when it is subjected to an unbalanced force. This reflects Newtons first law of motion.

This is referring to Newtons fist law of motion. An object at rest will continue to stay at rest, and an object in motion will continue to remain in motion at the same velocity, unless acted upon by any unbalanced force. Researching Newtons fist law will answer your question in greater detail if you need more info.
If an unbalanced force was not acting upon it, it wouldn't be moving in a circle. An object with no unbalanced force will either not be moving, or be moving in a straight line due to Isaac Newtons 1st law of motion.
due to the fact that another force is opposing its motion .In Earth it is friction
"a body will not change its state of motion or of uniform motion until an unbalanced external force is applied to it"eg.If their is no friction, the car moving with 40 km/hr will move with same velocity.
