The skies will definitely change at the returnof Jesus Christ:-

Mat 24:27-31 KJV For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. [v. 28] For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. [v. 29] Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall thesun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: [v.30] And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. [v. 31] And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Some parallel verses for Matthew 24:30-31 are the following from Revelation. Christ and His returning army will be easily seen because the sky has been darkened:-

And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call."

This scripture can also be found in Acts 2:19-21.

Careful, if you are looking for these signs as a lead in to the end times, you will be very late in the game as these do not occur until the 5mo reign of Satan as the anti-christ . You will find the signs Christ gave you listed in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21. The other signs are listed in Daniel 8,11, and 7 (in that order). The kick off moment was Jeremiah 24, which occurred in 1947-48 when Judah was placed back into the land of Israel (Fig shoot planted in Jerusalem). Therefore you have lived in the end times since 1947-48 when the State of Israel came into existence.

Its important to use your Stong's dictionary to get back to the original Greek and Hebrew words so you can understand the true meanings behind them. This will only work if you use the KJV verion of The Bible where there is a direct relation to the words which were defined from Greek and Hebrew. For instance the word nation used in Matt 24, Mark 13, Luke 21 (for nation shall rise against nation) is the Greek work Ethnos, which is were the English word Ethnic comes from. Therefore you are not watching for nations, you are watching for Ethnic groups who are going against each other. The word ethnic applies not only to visual and sexual variation, it apples to many other items as well, such as belief or alignment with social groups etc....
