The creators actually haven't released a final battle between Sasuke and Naruto, and I'm sure everyone is hanging for it. Though they do battle each other in the Valley of End and Sasuke wins that one. This is just my opinion but I think that Naruto and Sasuke will both end up killing each other then Sakura commits suicide, or Naruto defeats Madara Uchiha and Sasuke comes back to the village realising what he has done.
