There will be a Gears of War 3 because it was made as a trilogy. If u played it please watch the credits because it gives you a hint about what the next one will bring. If you see the credits and wait for about a minute a message comes on like an answering machine. It says and I quote " This is Adam Fenix. Can you hear me? Is anyone out there." "This is Adam Fenix. Can you hear me? What have you done?" Obviously this is what I think... When the COG sunk Jacinto it seemed like it was a good plan, but the message states like it seems that Adam Fenix is still alive and Marcus will try to track him down, but with them gone I predict some locust will attack since the queen was never destroyed and the newly sunken Jacinto will be left vulnerable for attacks. This is what I think but if I'm wrong then you'll have to wait when the thrid game comes out in about 2-3 years. The ending to Gears of war 2 has show us that Marcus Fenix destoryed the locust hollow along with Jacinto, this means that humanity has no where to stay that the locust cannot get them, however even though there is signs that a Gears of war 3 is likely there is one problem. cliff bleszinski has announced that there will be no Gears of war 3 for the x-box 360 or any other console. But instead would be turned into a graphic novel. However even though it has been announced don't give up hope. For cliff bleszinski did announce before that there was going to be no indication that there was going to be a Gears of war 2. However It still came out, so there is a chance that there could still be a gears of war 3. However it is too early to make any judgments.
