In the warrior books what was the place when Jayfeather went back in time?

Jayfeather went back in time to the dark river where he met Rock. This is also the place where Lionblaze and Heathertail played as apprentices. When Jayfeather comes above ground, he comes out onto what is now the Clan's territories. This is proved when Jayfeather finds ThunderClan's camp.

Then the Tribe cast stones to see if they should leave, and Jayfeather figured out that they would become the Tribe and cast his stone to leave, but as they started off on their journey to the mountians, Rock came for Jayfeather and said that the real Jaywing disappeared, and so Jayfeather went home and forward in time to ThunderClan.

They didn't get back together, but they did have kits. There kits are Lionblaze, Jayfeather and Hollyleaf. Crowfeather has a kit with Nightcloud named, Breezepelt.
