The heart beats faster due to your bodies response to the stress.
It can beat at any rate...it depends what time of animal you are talking about, humming birds would have a much faster heartbeat versus an elephants' would be slower ;)
not really because the more still you are the slower you heart will beat because you aren't using as much energy. yes the more still the slower the heart rate but if you are running your heart rate will increase. Also your heart beats 70 times a minute, depending on your age, infact most children age 10+ hearts beat as muh as that!
No it actually travels slower.
a creature such as a whale or elephant has a slower heartbeat than that of a mouse or rabbit. in fact, a mouses heart beats so many times per minute that it sounds more like it's humming! the general rule is the bigger the creature, the slower its heart beats. hope this helps, have a nice day (or night, depending on what time zone your in!)
The kinetic energy of a moving object is proportional to the square of its velocity. Therefore, the car that is 4 times faster than the slower car will have 16 times the kinetic energy compared to the slower car.
The faster car has 16 times the kinetic energy of the slower car. This is because kinetic energy is proportional to the square of the velocity, so when the velocity is 4 times faster, the kinetic energy is 4^2 = 16 times greater.
Four times faster than a human's heart.
When you are in love, your heart rate can increase in response to the emotions you are experiencing. On average, the heart beats around 60-100 times per minute at rest, but this can vary depending on individual factors and the intensity of your feelings.
Usually if your under stress, excitement, of sometimes if you are having heart problems. Its not a good sign if it happens often even if your not moving or doing something though. Hope it helps- roxas_riku
Same.....?
You can't run on Jupiter, it doesn't have a solid surface for you to run on.
Pulse rate refers to the number of times your heart beats per minute to pump blood in your body. Someone who is fit should have a stronger and more efficient heart so fewer pumps would be needed to move blood in the body.
