I beat the game, and yes, Ignitus becomes the new Chronicler! Apparently, Spyro and Cynder are still alive, because before The Chronicler (before Ignitus) dissappears in a blue light, he says that in a certain book, when a dragon dies, a page is added to it, and he can't find Spyro in it. Then it shows Spyro and Cynder flying above a field, probably in Avalar. well ofcorse its avilar!!!!!!!!!! look where that enlite enimy is notice the big long rock???

Yes there will be a game after DotD. Some info has been leaked on the game. Apparently they are starting a new trilogy called 'The Destiny of Spyro'. Nothing has been said that I know of that states which characters will be in the game and if it will be similar to the Tlos series.

No, Spyro isn't Malefor's brother because Malefor was born first. He thought he was the only purple dragon to be born. But then until Spyro came, he was a purple dragon too. Malefor used to be on the good side, but when he became older, he turned evil. Im afraid I dont know why Malefor turned evil, but that's all I know. ^ Somewhere in the TLOS trilogy, (don't remember where) The Chronicler tells Spyro that as a young dragon, Malefor was very much like Spyro himself. But he became so corrupted with his power that the Guardians had to lock him in Conveixty. That's how he turned evil. :)
What element dragon was Cynder before she was corrupted by Malefor?
Hmm... Let's see here, at her skins coloured she have a ashy-purple and her name reperesent a flame, so her element is fire Actually, IIII believe that she would of been a Wind dragon. In TLOS: Dawn of the Dragon, she has 4 elements, right? Well, the only one that doesn't seem "Evil-ish" and a result of her past Corruption is Wind. I mean, just LOOK at the other elements she has! Poison, Fear, Shadow....... The only natural one is Wind, so she must of originally be a Wind dragonness. Hope it helped. ;)
Is Spyro the movie canceled?
What happened is as follows: Seeing as though the rights of ownership of Spyro fell under Activision, they have the right to do what they want with him. So, they decided to make a movie out of it seeing as though the TLOS series was a huge hit. Approx halfway through development or something, they pulled the plug because they believed that they would make more money out of it if they reset Spyro and put him in a new world.... "Skylanders." Personally, I think the game is a load of bull however I've never played the game... it just has never appealed to me, plus Spyro looks horrifically ugly in his new form. Not even the writers of the script for the 3D movie knew about the pulling of the plug until months after Activision actually called it. Activision now have hopes to either make a movie or a TV series out of Skylanders, obviously aimed at the younger generation of today's society. I'm disappointed to hear that they canned it, because I reckon it would have been a great movie. Sure it wouldn't have been as full and exciting as the series of games, but it still would have been good to watch and have the satisfaction of living all 3 games within a total of 2 hours.
