The way of how to summon invasions is by defeating chief justice. You need to get parts from toontasks after donald dreamland.
Note : getting a summon invasion reward is very rare to get. They only give to toons that are advanced at doing chief justice.

∙ 13y agoevery invasion has a certain amount of time(7-11 min), and then when that time is up the invasion ends. sometimes there are 'mega invasions" which are on special occasions and can last for hours!

If you are a member ToonPlayer, you can cause one! First, you must fill both quotas on all cogs in the "Cog Gallery"(the picture will turn yellow). After defeating the C.J. (Chief Justice) many, many times, you should see a button. From there, click it and you can do three things. Call a Cog(single), Call a Cog Building(those ugly things), or Call a Cog Invasion(This will trigger a whisper from "Toon HQ" saying, "A Cog Invasion has started! ____________'s are invading ToonTown!" (The underscore is the Cog's name that you called)
