Okay.So one plate goes under another. And in about 1,000 years or so, it forms another plate.I think that's how the plates move.
they move both ways because i am a scientist and i research these things
That's dependent upon the boundary. The plates can move away from each other (divergent boundary), towards each other (convergent boundary), or sideways (transform boundary).
both ways
usually when the tectonic plates collide there is either an earth quake, tsunami or both, however this doess not happen very often.
Rhe tectonic plates are moving in both divergent and transform boundaries
It is because volcanoes form by two tectonic plates which when both collide and they form volcanoes which a magma rock forms when it explodes.
Stress and faults are both caused by tectonic plates.
Tectonic plates are formed from the lithosphere which is the solid brittle portion of the upper mantle and the crust so tectonic plates are part of both the crust and the upper brittle mantle.
Our jumping is a vertical motion, while walking is a horizontal motion. Exercises are done by both horizontal and vertical motion.

Both
Horizontal only
Yes they are both above the Tectonic plates therefore follow tectonic movements
Tectonic plates may be made of continental crust, oceanic crust, or both.
GPS and interferometric synthetic aperture radar monitor both vertical and horizontal movements along the fault.
Yes, the tectonic plates-both continental and oceanic- are part of the lithosphere.
