This year Funkstown is set to re-enact the 150th anniversary of the Civil War. A few volunteers shall adorn 20 pounds of wool in the form of uniform in commemoration of the great battle. There are also other events all over the US covering the Civil War events which will be showcased in Craven County courthouse, NC and Omar Shrine Temple, SC.
