There's no such thing as synthetic marijuana. What you're thinking of is called spice and it's illegal almost everywhere due to how many people have developed permanent neurological damage and have died trying to smoke it.
It's nothing but back your plants dried and sprayed with unknown chemicals with horrible effects.
