Answer:

The Feast of Tabernacles hasn't been fulfilled yet. It pictures the thousand year rule of Christ on the earth.

But, when it is fulfilled... Jesus will be King of kings and Lord of lords on the earth.

"...and the Lord shall be King over all the earth: in that day there will be one Lord, and His name One... and it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles." (Zech.14:9 & 16)

Do the Mormons celebrate the feast of tabernacles?

Most don't. We believe that the annual feasts were in effect until the time that Jesus died on the Christ. These feasts were "types" or symbols, and Christ is the real thing. (Colossians 2:13-17.) We believe we will celebrate the "real" Feast of Tabernacles with Jesus when He comes again to take us home with Him.

Why do Jews go on pilgrimages?

When the Holy Temple stood in Jerusalem (until about 2,000 years ago) the Jews had a commandment from the Bible to go up to Jerusalem thrice yearly; on the festivals of Sukkoth, Pesach and Shavu'ot. The source is Deuteronomy 16:16 - Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles. Jews pray daily to once again be able to fulfill this commandment which would require the Temple being rebuilt.
