It has not been confirmed. The books have only revealed three of the possible demigods in the Great Prophecy. However, the other four are unknown.

Because in book 5 "The Last Olympian" the Great Prophecy was fulfilled and the Great prophecy was the theme of the Percy Jackson books. Then Rachel Elizabeth Dare (a mortal who could see through the mist) became the new oracle and proclaimed the next great prophecy. Rick Riordan then wrote his next book, "The Lost Hero" the beginning of a sequel series to the Percy Jackson books. But this new series is about the new demigods that will come to camp half-blood. The next book "The Son of Neptune (Poseidon)" is supposed to come out this Fall 2011.
