The South Pole is at 90 degrees S latitude. The North Pole is at 90 degrees N latitude. All lines of longitude converge at both poles including the Prime Meridian and the International Date Line.
The Prime Meridian effectively divides the continent of Antarctica in half. Since prime meridians are arbitrary this is based on the Greenwich Prime Meridian.
The Prime Meridian crosses the continents of Europe and Africa, and has one end of it on Antarctica.
the prime meridian passes through Africa an Europe
South Atlantic Ocean - close to Bight of Benin
The southernmost land crossed by the Prime Meridian is the Antarctic continent, but there are no countries there. The southernmost country on the Prime Meridian is Ghana.
The Prime Meridian and the equator cross this continent - Africa (Correct me if i am wrong please!)
The continent that the Prime Meridian passes through is Europe, Africa, and Antarctica.

Europe and Africa are continents that are both east and west of the prime meridian.
The equator and the Prime meridian meet at zero degrees latitude and longitude.
