What technique does Kakashi use on Deidara which removed his arm?
He uses the Mangekyo Sharingan to remove Deidara's arm. The technique that he uses to do so is called the Kamui.

Kakashi. With his sharingan, he can see all of Deidara's movements and his jutsu. Plus with Kakashi's lightning blade and his ninja hounds, there's no way he could loose. no he didnt, his friend was killed by a ninja (this is manga im talking about) and his friend gave him his sharingan eye (one eye was covered by the giant boulder that crushed half his body) for a birthday present. --- not birthday present but a gift for Kakashi becoming a Chunin and although Kakashi have mangekyo sharingan which you can only get if you kill someone close to you like a best friend or brother. it still unkown how Kakashi can use mangekyo sharingan.

No. When Sasuke and Kakashi had a recent showdown Sasuke shot an arrow from his new sussanoo and Kakashi couldn't dodge it so he used his mangekyou sharingan to teleport it. If Sasuke used that more times Kakashi would have to use is mangekyou sharingan more. if he uses it two or more times in a day he would die as we saw in his battle with pain. true, but kakashi can copy sasukes moves and use it to his own benefit and he has kamui. If he uses his 2 attacks wisely he should be able to survive. for example kakashi can just teleport the susanoo arrow at the weak point of sasukes susanoo as danzo pointed out where it was. also kakashi has mastered his lightning blade so that he has clones and wolfs made out of lightning to defend him but sasuke has mastered the mangekyou sharingan to another level surpassing kakashi and also has very strong wielding of his lightning affinity. sasuke will win now but if kakashi ever does what I mentioned above it can go either way.

You can use it after using the sharingan, by holding back and special. Then when your chakra is full again you simply use your special. He will stand still until your chakra is drained so make sure you have enough time to use it. Then no matter where your opponent is, Kakashi will send him into another dimension.

He meets him in the beginning of Shippuden. They don;t fight properly as Kakashi's presence scares off Deidara. Deidara is later killed in his fight with Sasuke.
