I like to be treated with respect, politeness, and like an intelligent adult.
in a nice manner, suggest that you would like to do something that is not related to work. But do not be a dick about it. If he disagrees then tell him straight on about how you feel NICELY.
"He was your first boss" if you are writing/speaking in past tense, like telling a story. "He is your first boss" if you are writing in future tense, like writing a guide/walkthrough. If the person is still alive, you would not be incorrect in saying "He is my first boss." If you say "He was..." it might be presumed he is no longer among the living. It is not unusual to hear your boss' boss called your second boss. That would make your immediate boss your first boss.
depending on your relationship with him/her, it is advisable to ask them not to do that in a respectful manner. like saying it doesn't pertain to the expectations of your employment.

There isn't too much information where you can find out how to act like a boss. The only place where you can find out how to act like a boss would be to visit a local college and take a class.
Bosses like foremen often have assistants who act in their place when they can't be present. They are only there to do the routine jobs of their boss - not to set the tone of how the workplace will function like their boss would. Thus, like straw, they blow whichever way the wind (the real boss) blows. Like a straw man/boss they are just a copy of a real boss.
I would like to be a leader someone who leads but doesn't boss around=]]
like a boss
A decomposing log in a forest would be a microhabitat...LIKE A BOSS
be cool and awesome, cause you know, u da boss. LIKE A BOSS!!
That depends on how you treat them. If you treat your boss like your mate, that's how you write to them, but I would suggest that you don't try it!
