Sadly, no. The creators of the game forgot to add in the Pokedex, so trading is impossible without GameShark. :(

you can find them in some maps were the elites are you can search rooms
the starters have been released on the maps of pokemon indigo on this newest ver so you can catch them quite easily now

im sorry, pk indigo adds/removes Pokemon from their maps weekly now, you either have to search for them or trade/adopt, son.
