In Windows 7, click the start button (by default on the bottom left hand of the screen) and click "All Programs" to view the available programs on the computer.

To remove Counterstrike, or any other program from your computer, simply go to the Start Menu and choose find the Control Panel button. Open the Control Panel and select "Add/Remove Programs" button. When the Add/Remove Programs window opens, find the program you wish to remove and choose "Uninstall". This will completely remove the program from your computer. If it is on Steam, you can right-click the game and click "Uninstall".

You can always minimise a window down to the task-bar and bring it back to full-screen when you need it. The minimise button is the one with the horizontal line to the top-right of the pane. The maximise button is right next to that.
If you are referring to the button on a word document or in a window, the print button allows you to print what is on the screen of the computer. For example, if you press the print button in Microsoft word, your entire document will be printed unless you specify what pages.
If it's a "window" rather than a movable button, it could possibly be used to read your fingerprint for sign-on, rather than a password.
