well in my opinion i would say torrterra is a good Pokemon for pearl and diamond ..palikia and dilaga arent to bad but they still arent to good okay heres my team and it worked out well for me

There is no "best". All teams are different and do different things. "Good" teams would be teams based on Tyranitar, using toxic and other special conditions, teams with high deffensive Pokemon and sweepers. Most teams should also run atleast one legendary.
