For those interested in low income housing, there are certain guidelines that the individual or family must meet before they will be approved for participation. These guidelines typically concern the family or individual’s annual income. After these initial guidelines have been met, the tenant will be approved for placement in low income housing. Depending on the area and the need for such housing, there may be a waiting list to get into this type of housing.
