Bank 1 is the part of the exhaust stream that includes cylinder #1. Sensor 2 is after the catalytic converter.
the part number should be md354851. the Mitsubishi suggested retail price is 167.77. Keep in mind it is always a good idea to check the part number with your local Mitsubishi dealership. Have your vin number ready cause most likely they will be asking for it.
The OEM part number for a mass air flow sensor on a 2001 Volkswagen Passat is located on the part themselves. The number for this part is 0280218063.

The cam position sensor for a 2003 Infiniti M45 will cost about $30-40 for an aftermarket brand. For an OE (factory) part, your best bet is to call the Infiniti dealer for an exact quote. Theoretically it should be in that same price range, although it's not uncommon for OEM parts to be more expensive than aftermarket brands.
It is a coolant temperature sensor.
That is not a current Chrysler part number. It matches the number from a crank angle sensor here. http://ropermotor.com/2003/jeep/grand cherokee/angle sensor/
