Basically this song is about how when someone becomes famous, they can't go back to their regular life. They feel like no one really knows how they feel. The lyrics say, "and it's obvious that your dying, dying. Just living proof that the camera's lying" and that means that even though they may seem happy in their pictures and photo shoots, they really aren't, and they feel kind of closed in.
